i can't get me refferal till a year from now. i'm so upset and just crushed. i thought since i've seen her before i could get in sooner but i guess not, so i guess i'll try someone else

thats the way it should work. when i was referred to her before i had ds i had a call that week and an appointment a month later. i think the referral nurse didn't give any of my background and they maybe thought i was a new patient. i'm trying to get ahold of the referral nurse to find out why but can't get a hold of her yet.

That stinks! I can't believe you have to wait a year. I hope you find somewhere else you can go and get in sooner.

I am sorry hun, I went through it still am actually. My OB didnt wanna see me until it was a yr since my m.c than he would send me onto a specialist but it took mos to get into him. So its almost a yr now from my m.c but I called and complained every day because we were TTC way before I miscarried and its not fair to me that my OB finally did something. I really hope you dont have to wait hun.

I am so sorry that you have to wait that long. Can you go to another DR. I know my GYN just gave me clomid and it worked 1st cycle.

aparently there are no doctors in calgary who can take me before a year. bunch of bs i think. i finally got ahold of the referral nurse and she couldn't tell me anything either. i asked do i have the appointment for a year from now. because i still want it. i'm still going to try and get in sooner and she said she didn't know and i'm like what do you mean you don't know your the referral nurse thats your job. she said she's sorry and could i please call Dr.Lyndons office myself and find out. so i did and they were closed so i left a message and hopefully they will get back to me soon. i'm going to go back to my family doctor and just ask for clomid i think

I hope they call back soon to, when all this started and i realized this cycle was going to be a long one again i was hoping to get in just for 5 minutes so i could get clomid again and start when AF showed. Well AF showed today and no clomid so i am going to try Soy Isoflavons on days 3-7 and hopefully i will O sooner. i heard it is supposed to act like clomid and shorten your cycle. So here is hoping, i'm also going to drink Green tea or take the tablets. and i'm going to take EPO again this cycle. How are thigs going with you Miles? any luck getting in sooner for you?
