my cycles are usually 31-33 days long, i'm on CD 20, so i guess theoretically i could still ovulate this cycle... but so far... blech.

look at my chart. (click on Stewie in my siggie)

is there any natural type supplement i can take to help balance my hormones/get my cycle back to normal?

Wow it is hard to tell by your chart but you have a lot of open circles on your chart. Have you been to the DR yet.

When I became annovulatory back in May, I began a cycle that lasted 105 days. Now I use provera to induce bleeding when I have annovulatory cycles. My GYN prescribed it. His logic was that rather than wait around and hope to O, I can start over with a new cycle. He also prescribed Clomid, but that didn't make me ovulate the first time around.

Talk to your doc. Don't waste months and months waiting to ovulate like I did. Good luck.

thanks gals.

i've been to my dr. she wants me to go for an ultrasound 'to be on the safe side', but she suspects a hormonal imbalance. she also offered to send me for a D&C to clear things out and 'start over'. i declined that. i just don't understand the reasoning behind that. she also offered to send me to a fertility dr, but i declined thinking it was still too early in the ttc journey... now i wish i had just said yes. next time i see her i'm going to ask for fertility help.

she didn't offer me any help to get my hormones back in balance though.

FF did give me crosshairs this morning.

(i know i have a lot of open circles... i marked those days as 'sleep deprived', a few of them i only managed to sleep about 2 hours before temping).
