Where do you go for thanksgiving?

This year everything changed for me. I live a state a way from my family (moved in April) so we're going to have thanksgiving at our house this year and some of DH's family is coming up and go down and see some of my family after the holiday. It's going to be weird this is the first real holiday away from my family.

Sorry to hear you won't be with your family...My holidays changed with the divorce..and it is rough...but I cope.

I am going to have a dinner here...my sister will come over with her husband and little girl.

Kyles mom wanted us to come up to Iowa..but we can't afford to go up there for Thanksgiving and for Christmas, so we chose Christmas. We can't be everywhere at once...otherwise I would go up there, to my other sisters...and here! lol

Since we live near his family and his mom and dad are divorced we try to get to both places but his mom cooks chicken tenders for thanksgiving so I don't like going.
