I go to bed around midnight 1 am. I can't sleep before then. Sp around that time I am usually tired so I lay down.

I stay up later to on weekends. I guess cuz I know me and the kids don't have to get up early

We start getting kiddos in bed around 9:30...I take my ambien after they are in bed and then I go once it has kicked in!!!
