I used some internet cheapies this cycle but I dont care for them. Ok, first heres my info. My last period was from Aug.7-Nov 12th. I know! Im now waiting for either a bfp or af. so far tests are neg-internet cheapies. Anyway, if AF comes, I need to know exactly when to start opks and what kind. Like I said I dont care for the ic's even tho they are cheaper so I need a dif brand. PLEASE HELP! THANKS IN ADVANCE.

I am trying to think of the brand I used to use and loved. All I remember is not to use Answer brand. THey were never as accurate as other brands. I would think that you could start using them around CD 10 but it might get pricey if your cycles are long and you don't ovualte until CD 23 or something. If I think of the brand that I really liked, I will post it.

The only ones I ever used were $ tree. I haven't used them for like 10 months though.

I never got a good reading with the Answer brand, either. I like the ones from early-pregnancy-tests.com. I only use them once in awhile, they get pricey, especially when you've been TTC for 14 months.

I used the Clearblue digital ones - they are expensive though, but I used them for 2 months (after 10 months of not using any OPKs!) and they were spot on. When you are about to ovulate you get a smiley face.

I have used the Rite Aid brand, they come in a box of 7 for about $15. I am not sure when you should start using them though, with that long of a cycle, sorry!

I have used the First Response ones and they seem to be pretty accurate. And very easy to read!
