My doc found minimal endo behind my right ovary. He even gave me a pic of it. Anyway, he laser cauterized the lesions and I felt so much better pain wise aferwards. Then getting pg right away helped and I had no pain during the entire pregnancy nor for the first 6 months pp while breastfeeding.

I am unsure how bad it's gotten now as it does come back and the pain is back, not as bad as before, but it's back. I am wondering if I'll need another lap before I can get pg again.

I'm not sure if you have pain, but even if you don't, you could still have endo. It can block your tubes, or even just block the ovary from being able to release an egg. There are a lot of women who suffer from infertility from endo that have never experienced the pain. Just one of those weird things.

Thank you for the information. I had cysts on my left ovary and I believe on my right ovary as well. (The doc kept asking me if it hurt as well.) They had a hard time finding my left ovary and I am guessing, once again, because of the cysts. My periods were lasting 15 days 2 cycles in a row, which is why I went to see him. I was on bcpx then, this was in April. Once I finished that pack of bcps I stopped taking them and the pain went away. The only time I hurt there is during AF, and most recently during my O time. I have been wondering lately if this is the reason I haven't gotten a BFP, and if I should go have the procedure done. I think I am going to call for an appointment for a yearly exam and ask more questions about it. I really want to do another u/s to see if the cysts are still there. If they will let me do that and those cysts are still there then I may schedule for the lap. Thank you again for the information!!
