So I'm gone 4 days

and the ttc board is lite up with BFPs. Where is mine?!?!?!

Sorry, that was the first thing I noticed on when I got on and it's about enough to make me go away for a couple for more days.
Seriously, why is it easy for everyone else but me?

I'm sure it seems that way, but a couple of those ladies have waited a VERY long time to get pregnant (like Rodi). It really was crazy, though. I got on New Year's day and there were like 5 new BFP's!

I understand the feeling. I've been trying not to go on the regular ttc board too much as it makes me mad to see all the BFP's, especially the ones that it only takes one cycle to get pg. It's not fair.

Yep that's why I'm not on JM very much anymore. It's getting too depressing after nearly 10 months to see so many BFP's (mostly by people who haven't been ttc very long). I get really irritated by it and I probably shouldn't but I can't help the way I feel. (((Hugs)))

I hate that! Stay on this board, at least you can be happy for the girls who get their's here! My doctor told me something that made me feel better, she said the average is 6 months, that means half the people get pregnant before then and half after 6 months. My doctor said it took her over a year to get pregnant with her first and now she has 6 kids! I just think it will make it that much more special when you get your BFP, you have been working so hard for it and you want it WAY more than someone who has only tried for a few months! Plus that just means God wanted to keep your baby longer because it is more special and he wanted to make sure everything will be perfect for it!

That is what I tell myself anyway!

I know EXACTLY how you feel. It took us 15 months to get pregnant with our first and that is only because we went through IVF. If we would have waited longer to go to the doctor we would probably still be trying without knowing we had problems. It used to make me so frustrated to see BFP from those who barely tried when I knew we were timing our BDing at the right times of the month and still nothing to show for it but AF. Don't worry your time will come, I promise.
