Thanks Taylor, another good read, our men will be so healthy, my dh is just about to start all his vitamins, i have also bought gfj, grapefruit segments and a pink grapefruit for myself, just in case af is on her way, going to try different things gfj to see what is easier, but i think it will definately be the gfj, hold my nose and drink quickly.

gfj is grapefruit juice, right? i have never heard anything about it...

The grapefruit juice helps the clear mucas, thins it to assist the sperm to swim through.
