Yeah, tell me about it. The doc says to wait anothe month or two and then he will start me up again. What is he thinking? Should I trust him? I just changed to him and so far he hasnt done me wrong but im getting worried.

I would DEFINITELY get a second opinion! If you are TTC then you OBVIOUSLY need to be regular in order to increase your chances. Have you ovulated? Do you even know if you ovulate at all? I would be pushing for them to do SOMETHING! It is your body, you have the right to demand proper treatment! Good Luck!

Are you serious?? That is ridculous! Everything I've heard of is that a doctor will help you start if it's been three months and you are over five months without AF. With you not being pg that isn't right. Have you had your thyroid tested recently? Maybe it's off which can cause you to not have AF. I would seriously switch doctors since you are ttc.

I would look for someone else and get a second opinion. Your current doc should be getting your period started not waiting longer.

I cant beleive he expects you to wait another "month or two"!!! That is insane! I would deffinately get another doctor or lay the cards on the table with the one you already have!
How does he expect you to get pregnant if you havent had AF in over 5months!? Is he out of his mind??
You could just have a hormonal unbalance,or a thyroid problem etc,but what ever it is should be treated as of now.He should at least suggest hormonal blood work etc,and if you arent pregnant or havent even ovulated,he should give you something to bring on AF and help you out so that this doesnt happen again kwim? At this point,waiting is NOT an option and if he isnt going to take you or your problem seriously,then you should find someone who will.
Dont let him make you wait it out like this..its SO not necesary and its not right.A good doctor would put your mind at ease,look for a solution to your problem,give you awnsers and make sure you dont have cycles that long ever again..a good doctor would not tell you to go home and wait for another couple of months

oh hun I would definitely get a second opinion. that is a log time, i was like that before i had ds and they never did find out why but they did find out that i wasn't Oing. My doctor put me on BCP for one month so i would get a period and then put me on Clomid and that worked i got pg my 3rd cycle on it and since having my son i have been getting a bit more regular periods. I hope you find a doctor that is better for you.
