I was at the grocery store yesterday evening and the whole time I was dizzy and feeling faint. By the time I got to the checkout, I was really hot and sick to my stomach too. I seriously thought i was going to pass out, I felt weak at the knees. I came so close to calling for a ride home. I was sure I would not be able to drive. Any ideas what it could be? I also feel kinda shakey today and a little dizzy.

you know what that happened to me about a week before i found out i was pregnant. it happened on the 17th of May and i had a blood test (because i was on clomid) on May 24th and it was positive. I was in a movie theatre and i actually did pass out. but same as you got really hot and knew i was going to faint. hopefully your will wind out you are pregnant in the next week or so. Good Luck

UPDATE, UPDATE!!!! Today, I feel the same way. I wonder if I have some kind of bug or if i really am pregnant? I sooooooooooo badly want to be but im not making this sick feeling up. I really just dont feel 100%.
