So, I still hadn't gotten a confirmation call regarding the surgery, so I decided to call them. I talked with the office manager and it turns out that the OB/GYN is too booked for surgery that I can't be fit in. He'd also prefer to meet me and talk with me personally before surgery, so I have an appointment with him in THREE WEEKS! That was the soonest appointment he had available.

So, I guess, we are still trying this cycle and just hoping that if I do actually get pg, that the little eggie doesn't implant on the septum or near the septum. Why's this have to be so difficult?

I'm sorry you have to wait. But did you have the septum with you other two pg? When I was reading that link that explains it, it says that it is from birth. So if you did, then I say you have a good chance of having another successful pg while you are waiting for the surgery! Good Luck!

Yeah, I've always had it, just didn't know about it until now. It can cause problems in the pregnancy if the baby doesn't turn head down early on as it won't have room to turn later. It can also cause miscarriages if an egg implants on the septum or near it. My midwife thinks that is what probably caused my miscarriage that I had in 2004.
