Some months I get this cramping in my left ovary...I have it this month!! I know that I have issues with cysts and all but I had a sonogram in December and there were no cysts at all..I had one but it ruptured. I know that I ovulated already so it can't be O pains. Does anyone know what could cause O pains after you know that you O'ed already? It is pretty constant and always on my left side...

Good question. Maybe that tube, just doesn't like you. lol.

After you have already Oed for the month the "cyst" that releases the egg, sticks around producing progesterone until it realizes if the egg has or has not been fertilized. I would guess it's that "cyst" that is just bugging you.

I have a lot of pain near my right ovary quite a lot. For me, I know what it is. I have endometriosis and when my doc did a laparascopy the endo was found behind my right ovary. It may have spread by now and be on my ovary instead of just behind it. It hurts a lot.

I hope that's not what's going on with you, but I really understand what you are feeling.

Sarah, I really think it hates me!!! I sure hope that this month that egg gets fertilzed so I don't have to worry about it anymore!!

Brandon's mommy: I have always had very painful periods and a hard time with painful cysts but never actually diagnosed with anything in particular. I am just getting annoyed with it!!!

You may need to have a laparascopy to see if you for sure have endo. Good luck with it all. I know how awful it can be.
