when my friend (who found out she was preggo a month before i had my IUD removed) had her baby last saturday. i am so happy for her, but sad at the same time. i had hoped it wouldn't take as long as my second did, but oh well. i just cant believe that we are creeping up on a year of TTC , it just doesn't seem like its been that long.
it seems like everyone is getting knocked up but me, even my friend that just got done with low dose chemo managed to get his girl friend that drinks a lot (and i do mean a lot) knocked up. don't get me wrong i am very happy for them, it just doesn't seem fair. sorry for the vent

I know exactly what you mean
When I joined JM,I remember that the people in TTC were talking about making it to the May DDC..Of course I was REALLY Hoping Id be lucky and get to join them,and one by one,it started to fill up...
Then it hit me yesturday that they are going to be mommys in 10 to 12 weeks time and I couldent beleive it! It really doesnt feel like Iv been trying for that long
7 months already...its depressing I used to visit that DDC alot,but now I stay away for the most part because it reminds me of how long Iv been TTC
I didnt think it would take this long,and I certainly didnt think id have fertility problems
Vent away...Its the only thing we can do until its our turn

Welcome to the board. I understand how you feel about everyone getting pg. I'm on a yahoo group that is for women struggling with infertility/miscarriages that are of my faith. Well, most of us already had babies, but we still talked on there and now all of them recently found out they are expecting their next child and I'm still left trying. I'm so extrememly excited for them because I know they've been there (infertility/miscarriage stuff), but it's hard at the same time because I'm not with them.

I keep realizing that there isn't that much longer until I won't be trying for a 2007 baby as I only have one cycle after this for that to happen (2 if I have short cycles, I'm kinda irregular).

i am trying so hard to be patient but as every cycle passes me by i just get more frustrated, so i went and got myself a new tattoo to make me feel better.lol

i hope we all get our BFP's soon.
