Well, I made a decision to not use the fertility monitor anymore (or at least for awhile). I've already spent $100 buying test sticks for it since I started using it once it was taking awhile to conceive. I'm out of test sticks and just can't bring myself to spend another $50 on something that detects ovulation but doesn't guarantee a BFP.

I'm just feeling down and feeling like it's not going to happen. This is my last cycle of trying for a 2007 baby and it makes me sad to think that it most likely won't happen. I would love for it to, but I'm just not feeling like it will.

I can understand about feeling down. We can all relate.

I don't blame you for not wanting to spend the $$$ on something that's not going to guarantee a BFP. Now, if you find something that DOES...lemme know. I'd give my right arm for something like that! LOL

This is my second month using the CBEFM. I've noticed that using the monitor takes the stress away but then I need to find another monitor to help take the 2WW stress away!!!!

Can I ask how long you have been using your monitor? Do you always get high and peak days when using it?

PS: Your boys are adorable! My dream is to have a second son. I would LOVE to have two little boys Close in age too...(just in case the BFP fairy is listening....CLOSE IN AGE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I don't blame you either. I haven't used an OPK since December. I'm just so discouraged, I'm just waiting Dh's next visit to the specialist. I don't see a point in it anymore.
