Well, I have rescheduled my doc appt. It is for Aug 19th. I found out that my insurance will cover a hsg, so that will be the first thing I have done. I had one done in Mexico in March after I listened to a friend of mine that told me that her insurance (same as mine) charged $900 for it. I paid $150 in Mexico and the results were that my right tube is open and the left one is partially blocked. It could have been from muscle spasms I am thinking. Anyways, I am going to have another one done before they put me on any kind of medication. I am hoping I won't have to go on any that the hsg will help and I will get the BFP soon. Pam

Good luck with your appointment, i hope everything goes well and you get your bfp very soon. It's really strange that you have to pay for all your medical appt's through your insurance. We have a National Health Service here which means we have all our medical needs free. Some things though are private and we have to pay for but at the moment i am getting my appts and hopefully clomid on the nhs. I think the fact that you have to pay for certain things and somethings are not covered on your insurance is also an added stress thing. Stay positive, i'm sure everything will be sorted for you and you will be getting your bfp very very soon.

Pauline.

Thanks so much ladies!!!!!! Pauline, I don't even want to get started on the health care here in the states. I don't understand it and probably will never understand it. My oldest daughter has a rare genetic disorder and has to drink a special formula every day for the rest of her life. It is about $600 a month and if she doesnt' have insurance then she doesn't have it. It causes all kinds of problems if she is without it. I have been battling this for 20 years now. She is now out on her own and working and doesn't have insurance and doesnt' make near $600 a month and I dont' know how she is going to get it. It is really upsetting me. I see all these people getting the stuff they need, but I can't get help for my daughter. It is really aggravating. I am lucky that I have a good job and good insurance or I wouldn't be able to do anything. That is why I went to Mexico because of the cost of reversals. Here they are 4,000 to 8,000 and in Mexico they are 2,100. I had to take the chance. IVF there is 3,600 and here you can't get it for less than 10,000. Anyway, if anyone ever undertands it, please explain it to me. Hey, I am willing to move, LOL. This place is getting crazier and crazier by the day. Pam
