Hello,

Where is everyone, are we all hiding from AF, how is everyone today.

I'm hoping you are all okay, today i'm quite furious about the hospital, and have had time to stop crying, i've phoned them and asked if the registrar will call be back tomorrow morning, apparantely the consultant i saw yesterday is retiring this afternoon, now maybe he couldn't be bothered referring me or basically doesn't give a dam, but now i'm going to speak to the consultant's registrar to ask why they told me i would get clomid and possibly iui, now nothing.

Due af today, no sign of her yet and i'm actually feeling quite sick. Don't want to raise my hopes for another failure but i'll just wait and see. The ob is probably thinking send Pauline into a fall sense of security and then, bang! hit her where it hurts.

Sorry you're going through this. I know that doctors have to write referral letters in order to send you to a specialist, and that it is a pain in the butt- you're probably right that your doc didn't want to do it because he was retiring. That's how it works in Canada, anyhow, and our systems seem quite similar. I'd be ticked, too.

It seems to me that if you've been trying for 3 years and still no baby, this would indicate a problem- or at least it would be reason enough for a referral to a specialist. Lazy buggers!!!

On the other hand, if af hasn't shown her ugly mug yet, maybe you won't need a specialist. Might mean the doctors were right, but that's a small bit of pride to eat, lol!! I really really hope that this is it for you. Feeling sick, eh?

Alrighty, I'm back to work. I'll pop back on before the work day is done to get a report on the knicker watch, lol.

Hi Tracy,

Shell should be back next week, she's hoping to get her pc back up and running, she's doing fine just now, staying very positive, i've told her we're missing her badly, we need her back.
