I am reading alot about green tea helping with CM can anyone tell me how it helps does it increase it? This is what i need it for. Or does it thin it. I hardly get any. Have been off the OCP for 10 months but we haven't been full on trying as yet. We have only tried maybe one day pre O before now and maybe only on 3 months. We will start full on now as we have been waiting for our house to start being built. I know i ovulate because i had my progesterone levels checked! So any info on green tea would be great.
