ALEVE! I couldn't make it with out it at times! I also have a diruetic the dr gave me but I've never taken it yet. I used to use a heating pad and lots of rest, but with a 2 year old that's just not practical anymore. Other than that.....I'm on prilosec and I walk at least a mile each day hahahahaha!

For my headaches I get which can be very painful through out the month I take excedrine. Thats stuff works like a champ.

I'm sorry, I know it's TMI, but I get so constipated during parts of my cycle...... usually right before O...... I couldn't survive it without my fiber capsules! lol
