Went to the doctor yesterday and he has started me on Clomid. That is what I had prepared myself for so that was ok. We are also going to do a semen analysis on DH to see if that is the problem. Can anyone give me any advice on what to expect with the Clomid? I have to start on day 5 of my cycle and luckily that is today so I guess our adventure begins today! Wish me luck

Best advice is to take them right before bed. The 2-3 day of taking them you may experience hot flashes (luckily you will sleep right through these) then some bloating. This is normal. Good luck. I am on my 4th round of clomid and this cycle we uped my dose to 100mg. Keep us posted!

Hi, everything Jena said, plus you or your doctor should probably warn poor DH that you might experience horrible moodiness. When my doctor joked about it to my DH (so, are you surviving the mood swings?) he felt a lot better there was a reason behind it all. For me it didn't hit until the very end of the 5 days. Good luck & I hope you get your BFP!
