I thought this would be interesting to do!!

I figure everyone has their own recipes they make every year for christmas, if its sweets to dinner. Give it a go, and share the recipes!!

Heres mine:

Home made stuffing makes 4-8 servings

2 bags of bread crumbs
1 bag of pork sausage (comes in a tube)
a pinch of salt and pepper or to taste
1/2 cup of raisins
1 small onion diced
5 stalks Celery
throw in your favorite spices, i.e. garlic, onion salt/powder

Fry up the pork, when done drain it, add your bread crumbs all your spices.
Stir it all up.
Saute your onion and your celery..
Add that to the bread and pork.
add your raisins and away you go.

Stuff the bird and you are finished!

It is so yummy. some ppl think it wont taste good with the raisins, but im telling you it is to die for!
