I asked this on the ttc board but i figured i would ask here too

Have any of u tried Vitex,if u have what was your experience like?

I have heard of vitex but i am not sure if it helps ? I also have heard damiana leaves are good for ttc and helps with sperm. But i am not sure where i can buy them ? I have looked it rite aid but they dont seem to have them, maybe i will ask next time i go in perhaps they have them over the counter.
