So I know that many of you are POAS-aholics. I usually am. But this time I am so scared to test cause I like this feeling of hope. This month has been so weird. I had bleeding that was more brown that red of day 19 of this cycle. It required a tampon for one day then only spotting for five days. So I am calling that a period I guess. So I am technically on day 10 but would have been CD 28, which is when I usually start. Today I have light period symptoms. I feel like I am on my period but am not bleeding. WTH?!
So should I test or is that just silly? Am I holding onto some irrational hope here?

Well it could have been IB. Or it could be a screwy cycle. There's only one way to find out....

LOL! I all of the sudden got this strong urge to test since I still have not started and I have very very light twinges. The biggest thing is my breast feel weird. It's that sensation that they are letting milk down. I never had breast tenderness when pregnant with Joshua so I am not sure if that is what it should feel like. Could totally be in my head.

So I decided I MUST TEST NOW! My son got up at 4:30 this morning and for the first time I was not mad at him for getting up at the butt-crack of dawn. We got ready to go to Walmart for a test. I opened my windows to find a foot of snow! We aren't going anywhere!!!

But I did put a call into the doc in charge of the OPK study I am in. I take a urine sample every day and they analyze it about once a week. THey were backed up from Christmas break so they still haven't processed mine for the past three weeks. He is going to call me in about 45 minutes to tell me the results. 45 minutes seems like 45 years. tick-tock,tick-tock. Lord grant me patience!
