What are your plans for the weekend? anything exciting?

I have a birthday party to go to, well not me, my son does. Then im having some friends over that i havent seen in a while...

Blood work, DMV to register the car, hopefully out to lunch for sushi, DH will most likely be working over time so that means cleaning. Sunday church and chilling.

Took some time off work this afternoon and went to lunch with a group of friends.

Don't have any other major plans for the weekend. I do have to work on an employee retention plan for my managers staff. Hopefully that won't take too long.

I live in WI and am not a football fan. I'm sure most people here will be watching the Packers on Sun. Since I'm on CD3 I'll treat myself to some wine or a margarita

Edited: we ended up going to a wine tasting tonight with a bunch of friends. We had some great wines

Not much on the home front here.... but we are happy about a 3 day weekend!

Friday night - DH & our friend Charlie are downstairs playing Rockband, I just finished making dinner for us all & I made them a 9 layer dip. Now I'm upstairs in the office working on my business website (We're launching the NEW website this month & I'm waiting on my programmer to finish up my latest requests) & I'm about done and planning to put work away and play some World of Warcraft after I put in another load of laundry & put on my new Harry Potter movie.

Saturday - We are meeting Charlie & his fiance who just finished getting her degree as a Veterinarian. She's transporting an Owl across the state to Seattle & we're going over to see the Owl. I will be taking pictures with no flash! I don't want to scare the poor thing. Then we may hang out with them for a little bit then go to dinner and a movie or head home and order ON DEMAND & I'll cook.

Sunday - Throw something in the crockpot to cook all day while we read, watch some tv, game or what have you. I usually am on the phone with my friends on IM catching up on the latest while I surf the internet & work on my business.

Monday (holiday) - I will work with the programmer on finishing the site & process orders while DH plays Call of Duty 4. He's been working on designing his own maps with a 3D tool that was released today.
