Hi! I haven't ovulated since I went off BCP about 14 months ago, and am going to be headed to the doctor soon for that. But, my question is .. I had a big temp jump this morning, and some spotting. I was wondering if you thought this might have to do with ovulating? Do you usually spot before ovulation, or after? Thanks!

from what i know, you spot after the big O. and that would be implantation bleeding.
Before the big O you would have CM and lots of it!

I have had ovulation spotting once, it was mixed with my EWCM, it was brownish tinged like the old blood color. Hope this helps!

I had to not too long ago.. actually the with my last pregnancy.. i miscarried... but i did spot!!! so good luck!
