My name is Susan-Marie 39 and I am now on cycle 14 of TTC. UGH! I have been a member of the trying to concieve board but now feel its been so many cycles that I should see about joining this one.

A little about me and my family. I am married 2 years to Dale 36. I have 3 girls, Nicole 12, Alyssa 9 (will be on Nov.18) & Sierra 3 (will be on Nov.6). I also have my Angelboy passed 15 years ago who would have been 17 in Oct. I have had an ectopic pregnancy and adermoid cyst years ago both removed surgically. We live in Ontario Canada with 5 cats.

When we started TTC this time around I was still breastfeeding Sierra. I weaned her at 26 months the end of Jan. 2005. Its been 9 months since I weaned her and still no BFP. My cycles have been out of whack all my life but the longest its taken to get pregnant in the past has been 3 cycles.

Both DH & I have had tests done with okays on all fronts. But still no BFP. Soon we will be having to give up on TTC. I've been given a time limit of age 40 by my doctors. Many reasons.

Hi Susan Marie!

Welcome to the board! I've been TTC #1 for 9months now with no luck yet.... I still have my hopes high. I'm 21 years old and My dh is 28, and we have a wonderful 6 month old puppy who is deaf so she keeps me on my toes at all times.


I know you probably want to conceive naturally but, Have you spoke to your doctor about trying clomid?


Well I hope you get a BFP!

Welcome to the board! I'm sorry to hear that ttc is taking so long, and I'm sorry to hear about your losses. I'm Tracy, been married 3 years and our daughter Emily just turned 3 on Wednesday. We've been ttc for 16 months after 3 mc's.
