I take my regular vitamins, a prenatal and folic acid. This month I've added B6 to try to help lengthen my LP. I'll also be drinking lots of green tea and some cough syrup close to O. No other meds for us yet, but they may be around the corner since we've been trying a year now.
I'm temping, which I love because it can show me if I O'd and when. My cycles aren't all the same length, so temping gives me sanity.
