WE like to have .........

Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage
and 2 packs of red beans and rice.

Chop up the Sausage and put it in the Red beans as they cook. And a little side salad. In about 20 min you have a quick meal that was so easy to fix.

throw chicken into a glass baking dish and pour cream of mushroom over it. add in other spices to taste and bake it for 30-45 minutes. Men love it, and it's so good and easy!

AWESOME TENDER CHICKEN TENDERLOINS!
Take thawed out chicken tenderloins and cover them with BUTTERMILK! Let them sit for 30 mins...this is the longest part of this delicious meal!
Then take italian bread crums and any spices you want plus about a cup of parm cheese and mix it all together. You just have to eyeball this as it depends on how much chicken you are cooking up. Then after the 30 mins...just breat the chicken with the mixture and set on a lightly pam sprayed sheet .Then take some extra virgin olive oil and drizzle it lightly over the chicken. Bake at 500 degrees for 10-13 mins...again depends on how much chicken you are cooking...but they are soooooooo tender and sooooo good...the whole family will love them! And they really are easy to make!

If I need something that tastes good and is a little special but have very little time, I make pasta with portobello mashrooms and ham. It's super easy

heat up some olive oil and butter, add chopped shallots, cook stiring for 5 minutes
add sliced portobello mashrooms (2) and cook for another 5 minutes
add 3/4 cut whipping cream, chopped smoked ham, salt and pepper and cook until reduces by half, put on cooked pasta and add parmasan.
