I need to vent and here is the perfect place. I am so jealous and frustrated with seeing people who have been trying only 1-2 months and they get their BFP. Maybe I am a horrible person for saying this but it is how I feel (some days anyway).

You are actually in pretty good company. There is another thread about that very frustration on another board. If that makes you horrible, it makes us all horrible. to a board that has no members that have been trying for just a couple of months.

i get like that and I feel horrible some days that a lot of women on my playroom are pregnant and have just had babies

You are not alone. That is the reason a lot of us have recently migrated here from TTC #1. It's just too painful for me to see someone who has hardly tried get pregnant and I want it so badly and have been trying so long and can't.

I actually think there should be more of a push for women to move on. I have heard from a lot of newbies that I know from other boards that they don't want to post on TTC #1 b/c it is intimidating due to the long timers. Like you know, when you have been at it a while, you know almost all there is to know and your perspective on it is different, and that scares quite a few newbies. I think it would be healthier and best for all if more people moved on, but that it just my opinion. I dunno, I see myself as having more in common with someone with fertility struggles, then someone TTC their first anyways.

I can see your point Michelle. I was at first a bit intimidated by the girls who had been on TC#1 for a while. Then I got over that and posted away. I found a lot of great info and advice from all of you and fr that I'm greatful! I can understand your wanting to move on to other people who know what you're going through. I haven't had stuggles or losses like many of you (and I admire your strength!) but what gets me is the length of time we've been at this. DH was actually the one to point out we'd been at this 8 months already! I used to worry that if I were to get my BFP early into trying that I was going to offend someone who'd been at it a lot longer than I had.
