Question of the Day (QOTD) for today, March 25, 2008:

Does looking at baby stuff: clothes, blankets, gear, accessories make you mad, happy or otherwise??

Since I have already had 2 children and that was a while ago it excites me to see all the new stuff that's out. But then again around this time of my cycle I could care less LOL!

I'm so weird.....hearing that others are expecting from a one night stand or their first few tries TTC kills me, since we've been TTC over a year, but I LOVE looking at baby stuff. It makes me happy knowing that we'll get to use/buy that one day! And it's all soooo stinking cute!

I get happy and sad when I look at baby stuff. It is so cute you can't help but get happy but I get sad b/c I do not have a baby to put in the cute stuff. I try to resist but I cannot help but buy things sometimes and then I have to hide it so my family and friends do not find it.

I think I'm odd since I never look at baby stuff for myself. I love looking at stuff to buy my friends. It doesn't bother me to do that because I'm so excited for every one of them that has a baby. I don't look at baby stuff for myself because I don't really like to shop and I don't have any need for it yet. I'm sure I'll have fun shopping for it when I need to.

For me, it truly depends on the day....sometimes I look at it and think it's sooo cute, I can't wait to dress our baby in that or use this, etc. Then on other days I totally get depressed and start thinking that it's never going to happen for us.

It depends on the day for me. Usually I feel happy looking at baby things because I can't wait to be buying them for myself. But every once in a while I get depressed looking at it because I'm afraid at how long it's going to take us to get pregnant.

I depends on the day for me too. I am very worried I am going to have problems when all these tests get done that will say I will never be able to get pregnant. So I have had a lot of sad days here recently. I can't help but cut my eyes over to the baby section when I walking through stores though. I don't actually stop and look or even think about buying anything though. I am not much of a shopper anyway. (I am a get in, get what I went for, and get out kinda girl.)

I've got mixed feelings.

I'm all excited, especially when I catch DH looking at the onesies at the store.

But then I'm weirded out a bit. My stepmother is due the first week in June. I've got mixed feelings about possibly being pregnant while I know I've got a half-brother on the way.
