I'm just curious how many of our LO's who are/were FF are completely off the bottle now? Megan is for the most part sometimes I just get lazy and grab a bottle instead of a sippy. Now though I think the bottle is too slow for her because she gets frustrated that more doesn't come out.

We're almost there. Bentley could care less but I only have 2 sippys he likes so sometimes I get lazy and use a bottle. We ran out of formula so I started him on milk a little early but he's doing good on it.

Funny, neither of my kids would ever drink their formula out of a sippy! So we get rid of the bottles when we get rid of the formula. Isla still has 1-2 bottles/day...though today will be 3 b/c I was lazy and in a hurry to get out the door and its quicker.

I tried getting rid of her 9:30 pm bottle (her dreamfeed before I go to bed), and she was up at 5:15 for 3 days in a row. Put it back in, and she's been sleeping until 6:45 for the past 4 days since I did it. Sigh - not quite ready! LOL

i've been trying to get Teddy to take a sippy, but he'll only take water from it! Probably still be on the bottle for a while.

Not even close. He will take a sippy for meal times, but will only take the bottle for formula so far. And since we are most assuredly staying on formula past 1 year, we are working on trying to wean from the bottle.

Logan will only do water from the sippy, but I'm kind of okay with that because he only gets 2 bottles right now anyways, and they are at night time.

we havnt done the dreaded bottle for, over a month and a half now? before that for a month it was only a night bottle, and it was more for me than him.. hard to see him grow up and not care that he doesnt need it.
he loves it! certain type of cups we use for diff stuff, like milk is in the playtex whatever cups, and then his juice or water or whatever is in this other kind of sucky thing w/ this twisty thing inside. the milk ones have the plastic valve

Savannah has been 100% off the bottle for months. She's also 100% off the sippy. She drinks out of those cups with the straws now. The binkie has been a little more difficult to get rid of, but they only time she gets her binkie now is for naps and bedtime.

I think we're in trouble. Moshie has been using Dr. Brown's since we had to stop BFing at 10 weeks old. Tonight I left the house & didn't realize I forgot to grab a bottle. By the time we needed to head home, I knew it was going to be a long drive through the city's evening traffic. He was absolutely hysterically crying, so I stopped at Walgreen's to buy a bottle (I had remembered formula & water). I bought an Avent b/c they did not have any Dr. Brown's. Let's just say that the 40 minute ride home was NOT FUN! He literally threw the bottle past the 3rd row seats & into the back of the SUV. Pulled over, got the bottle...Nope! He was NOT having it! Got him home & calmed down, gave him formula in a Dr. Brown's. He was giggling within minutes of finishing it.

Transitioning off the bottle if going to be H-E- DOUBLE HOCKEY STICK!

Bentley is officially off the bottle. The only sippy he likes are the Munchkin ones though, anything else and he just spits the milk out, lol.
