Since it's been forever since I've given any updates, I'll update here real quick. Emma's birthday was 9/16/11 and we had a big birthday party, shared jointly with her oldest brother Jake since his birthday is 4 days before hers. It was a blast!! Emma so far has only taken 3 steps and that was awhile ago, it seems like she's totally forgotten how to do it after that one day, I just don't get it. She's now 13 months old so I know we have a few more months for her to start walking with out being considered delayed, so I'm not really all to worried. But quiet frankly it's easier when they walk, if she wants to get down now while we're out I have to try and distract her because I don't want her to have her hands and knees all dirty or scrapped up, when she walks I won't have to worry kwim? As for her 1 yr check she was 18lbs and just barely at the 27 inch mark. Cognitive wise she's right on point she understands just about everything and she repeats a lot of words and gestures. She knows a bunch of signs like Dog, all done, bath, more, ball, please ect. That's about it for her. I am going in on Monday for surgery to get my gallbladder out and then hopefully I'll finally start feeling better. Other then that, everything is really good here. So here are some video & pics.
