My workout routine involves perpetually lifting 19 and 23 lb kids all day. AND i'm carrying an extra 15 lbs in my stomach as well! LOL It is pretty effective at wearing me out.

What do you do? Treadmill and Spin bike, supposed to start kick boxing tomorrow

How often do you do it? I've been going to the gym every Tues & Thurs and I plan to start going on the weekend as well

Do you exercise mailnly for fitness, health, or weightloss? Weightloss

Any goals? I have about 38 more lbs I wish I lose

Who has a work-out routine?kind of

What do you do?I run the weight loss mode on my treadmill and then do the ab lounger

How often do you do it?1/2 hour on treadmill each morning, and about 4 rep of 10 on the ab lounger each morning too

Do you exercise mailnly for fitness, health, or weightloss?fitness, health, and weight loss! I hope to lose some weight and get my cholestrol down because I really don't want to get on meds for it unless I absolutely have to!

Any goals? Really would like to lose at least 10 lbs by Christmas

What do you do? I run (sometimes even pace, tempo runs, hill/speed work) and some stregth training

How often do you do it? Depends on the week and our schedule, but I average 3 days of running and weights at the gym, and I do the little hand weights at home a couple times a week.

Do you exercise mailnly for fitness, health, or weightloss? For fitness...the rest just kinda falls into place.

Any goals? I want to get my 10K time under 1 hour and I want to run a marathon in 5:00 to 5:30 next year.

Who has a work-out routine? yeah but it could be better, but I have a limited schedule to workout nowadays

What do you do? I try to get to the gym at least 3-4x a week. weight train 3x a week, and cardio 4x a week either running or the elliptical.

How often do you do it? 3-4x a week, just depends on life, sometimes I can make it 5days but some weeks its busy and i only make it 3x, but as long as I get there 3x a week i'm okay for now.

Do you exercise mailnly for fitness, health, or weightloss? I mainly do it for the pure enjoyment:] I love weight training, and the way it makes me feel. Great stress reliever, and it's my personal time that's just for me.

Any goals? Clean up my diet a little more, so I can drop some bodyfat and have my muscles pop a little more. I'd also like to switch up my workout routines since I only have about 45mins to get in weights and cardio, I'd like to create a full body workout targeting multiple muscles instead of just working one or two muscle groups during one workout.

Who has a work-out routine? 2 months ago, yeah, kickboxing 2 times a week and weight training 1 day a week. However, now a certain 12 month old has decided its not fun anymore, no exercise for me!!!!

Any goals? Id love to get down to 135. Im stuck at 145.

Who has a work-out routine? getting there..was off it for a bit..back into it now and feel so much better

What do you do? spin/ rpm 3-4 times a week and 1-2 bootcamps a week


Do you exercise mailnly for fitness, health, or weightloss? first mental well-being ..it helps me feel good in my head and gather my thoughts and make decisions...analyse decisions i have to make, then weighloss, health and fitness

Any goals? get my diet organised an dlose 20 pounds in the next couplemonths

What do you do? I do 2 hours of ballet a week! I also work out with the kinect.

How often do you do it? I should be doing the kinect more often!! I try to do it a couple times a week.

i have no need to work out, i go to work and work anything off!

goals: well, i actually have gained a little wt lately and it bugs the crappers out of me.. so i am going to pick up a cppl days extra @ work and watch out for the snacks @ home. going to get more of a variety of fruit tomo

Work is my downfall! I walk plenty of miles each shift (well, not here lately b/c we're slow, grr) but it's all the friggin' FOOD people keep bringing in, and of course I have to eat it b/c it's right in front of my face! I have no will power!
