School let out for Christmas Break yesterday!!! I was so ready. I have made it to long-term sub pay, YAYAYAY!!!!!!!!!! I no longer work 3 full days and part of 4(if I'm driving my car) just to pay for gas and daycare. (2-3 tanks @ $50 and $48 per/week 2 days @daycare) I have discovered that even though I'm gone for 10+ hrs per day I have to drive an hour one-way and usually have clean up/get ready stuff to do so its usually close to 12 hrs. I am loving the job and want it to continue. If it doesn't I will enjoy getting be at home more. MaryBeth is starting to prefer daddy over mommy, because he's home with her more than I am. Will be able to be around a little more, if I ever remember to take my laptop with me lol. I have been reading posts but not responding much due to being on my phone and places with very poor signal.

Starting Monday I'm only doing a couple of things a day for a while. Have my neices graduation today and family Christmas tomorrow. Then life slows down. Ready for a relaxing at home. Will try to get a Christmas siggy ready tonight after some one goes to bed. Then I can take pics tomorrow, lol!!!

MaryBeth is exploding with words, lol. We hear more and more decipherable words from her. She's growing like a weed right now, we've gone from still 6-9 months to 12months and some 18 month stuff. And she's almost ready for me to move the straps up and slot, and she'd been still like right at the second slot. Hopefully this huge growth spurt will slow down soon. The child grew 3/4 of inch in 3 weeks!!!

Congrats on the pay milestone, as well as being on a well-deserved break. Teaching is an awful lot of work, but it's great that you've been enjoying it!
