Sleep has been on my brain, well, I guess really since my first was born 8 years ago, but more so lately b/c I've given up my caffeine.
So how much sleep do you average per night? What time do you typically go to bed? Wake up?

Why give up caffeine??? LOL
I think I'm getting about 8 hours of sleep. I go to bed anywhere from 9:30 - 10:30, get up to soothe Max as needed, and finish off with Max sleeping on me on the couch from 5:00 until 6:30 or 7:30. I sometimes doze and sometimes really sleep during that time.

we co-sleep and Ripley usually nurses a few times a night - more when her teething is more painful (like the last couple nights). I usually spend some time having to pee and waiting for her to finish nursing so I doubt I very much sleep. we go to bed around 9pm. weekdays I'm up at 4am for work (DD and DH are up at 6). weekends we're usually up by 7:30 or 8. way better.

I generally go to bed around 8-830pm. I'm up at 430am weekdays for work, that will soon be 4 I think.

Usually I'm in bed around 10, and up at 6:30 or so. I am always up at least once, if not for myself having to pee, then usually for Keller who either needs water, has growing pains, or is (now) getting used to his new room and bed. But I would say I get a full night's sleep at this point, and I am thankful! Isla VERY rarely wakes in the night, which is good b/c she is tough to get back to sleep.

I know what you mean about having to pee in the middle of the night! Ugh, so annoying! I'm afraid of what its going to be like when I really am old! LOL!
My sleep schedule is all kinds of messed up. I sleep at night Tues-Fri. During the day Sun, Mon and then I get about 3 hours on Tuesdays. I probably average 6-7 hours at night, with at least 1-2 wake ups. I sleep the best on Sun and Mon. I get to sleep straight from when I go to bed, usually 8:30am until 4:30 pm. No interruptions, no sharing the bed or pillows. It's nice. But thats my reward for waking up at 7am on Saturday and not getting to sleep until 24+ hours later!

Don't hate me but Bentley usually sleeps from about 7:30pm - 7:30am. I go to bed around 10-11pm and wake up at 7:30 to give him some milk, then he falls asleep for a little while longer and we get up around 8:30am.

I am lucky to get 5 hours. I usually wait up for my DH to get home from work and we go to be about 1230 and the kids are up at 630am. Between that and having to pee and having atleast one kid get up in the night, we don't get much sleep!

Gabriel is usually in bed by 8pm & sleeps till 7am. I am usually in bed by 10:30. I wake up at least once to go pee (since having him, I can't go all night w/o getting up to go...it sucks). Add in hip pain, occasional hand pain, EVERY NOW AND THEN Gabriel will fuss (but I just put a binky in his mouth and cover him back up & he's back off to dream world), I get a full night but it's rarely good. I am ALWAYS tired during the day. And it's mostly NOT because of the baby LOL!!
