I just thought I'd share with you ladies that I am officially running my second marathon in October! I can't wait! I know that sounds crazy, but I'm hoping since it's February and it's not until October, that I can actually train appropriately and be able to shave off an hour of my time from last year. There are 4 of use from work, all night shift, that are running. Me, another L&D nurse, a NICU nurse and a surgical scrub tech. We've decided we're naming ourselves "MBU Marathoners". It's going to be awesome, tough, painful, but rewarding! Just wanted to share because I'm very excited about this!
