I am hanging out at home with the kids on Valentines. DH has to work. We might celebrate next weekend though!

Everyone have a sweet V-day? Mine was ok, didn't do anything exciting or special but we did hang out and watch Grease. Love that movie.

DD is sick this am so I'll have an extra kid home today. She woke up with a fever and sore throat. I'm hoping it doesn't turn into anything to serious, or that no one else gets it.

Go figure, Clara seems just fine now. I would say she pulled one of the oldest trick in the book over on me, because she's tormenting Isaiah now, so I know she's feeling better. But I guess she did have a fever...I was right there when it said 102. She's still coughing and c/o of a sore throat and HA, but it doesn't seem as bad as it did earlier. Hmm, glad she's feeling better, but somehow I still feel like she tricked me lol!

We had a nice Valentine's evening. We looked at old photo albums and split a bottle of wine. It was fun to see ourselves all young and cute -- we hadn't looked at those albums in quite a while.

It's gonna be a long weekend for me I think. Clara seems to be back to her old self. Jacob now is sick and whiney, and Caleb has vomited a couple times this afternoon. And tonight starts my 3 days of 12 hour shifts. Not sure DH is going to be thrilled I'll be leaving him with half of the kids sick...he just doesn't do well with vomiting. And on top of it all? The lead inspector is coming Tuesday so i need the house clean by then. Don't think that's gonna happen :/

Jaime, hope your weekend is turning out better than you thought.

We checked out library board books for Max for the first time. I love giving him variety for free, but they are so.... icky. Have you ladies run into this problem too?
