So I was super PO'd yesterday and Megan has been super cranky lately which I'm pretty sure is the cause of teething but dang she is like on overboard this go around. Well yesterday morning I decided to walk from my house across town to DH's store. Mind you that is only like 5 miles but dang did I feel so good after! I had all sorts of endorphins(sp?) running through my system that I felt like I could have walked another 5 miles! What sorts of things do you ladies do to ease frustration?

I hate to admit it, but when I am so stressed out I can't take it any more, I just blow up. It's not the best nor the most productive way to deal with it, but for right now, it's about all I can do. When my right hand's surgery is done & healed, I'll be able to go for walks & that has always been a great stress reliever for me.

I go for a long run, if I can get away. Its like I'm leaving the stress behind, sweating it out. Plus the endorphin high is nice. Sometimes a nice hot bath does the trick.

The day before I went for my walk Megan was testing my patience too much and I blew up too. It was not good after I calmed down but dang I felt like I had nothing left.
