I have 3 pregnancy prayers that I found online, printed and hung on my mirrors and refrigerator. I have a book called Expectant Prayers for Expectant Mothers. It is really like a journal but there is a prayer for every day of the week and broken down by week 4, week 5, week 6, etc. I find that when I get anxious if I read certain prayers I feel better. Other than that just taking one day at a time is the only way I've made it this far.
