Hey I was able to load some pics today. Hope you enjoy them.

Also wanted to share Ben's story because for us it never ended after the labour. I know some ppl were asking why he had to go to the NICU. Originally he was taken from us because his nostrals were flaring when he breathed so they told me that they would just take him for a couple of hours to watch him and make sure his breathing regulated. So I was told after my recovery was done and I was taken upstairs he would join me from NICU. DH went with Ben and my Step Mom stayed with me. DH came down after about an hour and told me that Ben had a fever and he wouldn't be able to come out that night. He said they tried twice in both hands and twice in one foot to get the IV in before they got it in his other foot. The poor guys hands are still bruised. So they were supposed to bring Benjamin to me to feed every two hours but they were so busy so my nurse went all night and got him for me and she even brought a wheel chair into my room so I could go see him whenever I felt like it. That was super nice and I really appreciated it. By 6 am the next day they told me Benjamin could come stay in my room. So I had him with me all day and all the next night. That night when I was there by myself I couldn't get Ben to wake up to eat. I kept telling the nurses that something was wrong but they wouldn't listen to me. They just kept saying he was tired. The ped came in to circumcize him in the morning and she took one look at him and said he was not doing well. I was pissed. Apparently he had jaudice. Not a big deal normally but he wouldn't eat. So DH started finger feeding him during the day and he was put under the lights. It was awful. He cried and cried and it seriously physically hurt me to hear him crying. So I couldn't stop crying either. That night the nurse said he was doing really bad and she was going to feed him because if he didn't get food down he would never get better. So I wasn't allowed to touch him all night and he cried the entire night. I spent the whole night standing beside his bed stroking him and crying with him. I did some research when I got home after the leak about premature babies so I could understand them and I could see Benjamins body language was pure stress and I was so hard to watch and not be able to pick him up and comfort him. So he was under the lights for over a day without being able to come out at all. Once they took him out there was no way I was going to let him go! I never put him down. The lactation consultant told us he needed to be bottle fed (I was refusing the whole time because I really want to breastfeed) and she promised to help me get him on the breast after. So we started him on the bottle and she came in a lot and helped me get him breast feeding. We did a TON of skin to skin therapy (it was my favorite time of day) and he came around and his body language started to be more relaxed. So they told us he could come home. He had to do a ton of tests because he was preterm so we didn't get home until 10 at night but I was just so happy to be home. Since coming home he has been doing awesome. He is getting more alert and starting to demand more food Every minute with him is pure heaven. So basically I have done nothing but be with him since coming home and I can't stop smiling. We went to the hospital yesterday for a check up and he did awesome. He is gaining weight and they are happy with his feeding. It has been a hard long road but it is worth every step. I can't stop looking at him and crying. I am so in love and it just makes me so excited for you ladies to have your babies. Enjoy the pics!

I LOVE this pic and I hope you all don't think it's too graphic.
Let me know if you do and I will take it off.

Aww, I already told you how beautiful I thought he was, but I will tell you again. His story is almost the same as Koen's with the jaundice. It sucked. They were supposed to let us go home the day that we caught it. It was pretty funny watching them try to get him in the light thingee though because he made it look tiny, and they couldn't get the eye mask over his head so they had to make one for him. It was probably one of the worst days of my life having to have him in there. Kudos goes out to anyone who had to have their LO in the NICU for an extended period of time. He will get better just like Koen did, and you will miss that sleepy baby.

Sabina!!!! Thanks so much for sharing these pics!! I was so looking forward to seeing your adorable little man! He is just as cute and cuddly as I thought he would be. I am sorry about the NICU experience too, but it sounds like it was too drawn out. I can't get over how cute he is!! Congrats Momma!

He is precious. I am glad he's doing much better now. It's hard when they're in the NICU. I'm glad it was such a short time.
