I have read that with the placenta previa, the placenta can cease to function as highly. With reading that, I am wondering if this will entail NST's later on.....anyone know? Heather? My previa guru?

I'm not sure. Hopefully one of the other ladies knows the answer. I had partial previa and it moved out of the way eventually so it wasn't a problem but I haven't dealt with complete previa....

thats true, one reason I was put on strict bedrest, and to lay on my left side as often as possible, that way the baby got the best blood flow.

usually baby is just fine its more worrisome the bigger they get of the placenta is still down low.

I actually ended up getting 2 rare placental abnormalities due to the placenta previa, but they were both less than 1% chance so I am sure you will be fine and not get those.

Lay on your left side as much as possible, and I did get a few NST's and my baby was smaller than my first son, and he was born 2 wks later than my first son, lol, but he was still a healthy weight.
