is it just in the morning for you ???

what do you do to help it along??

is it just an upset stomach or are you ...tossing your cookies too??

I had it more in the evenings
ginger ale helped a little with the nausea
I tossed cookies every single time...sometimes 2-3 times a night for the entire first trimester

All day, every day, for the entire pregnancy! I'd have just-nauseated-all-day days and days that I'd throw up every hour.

Ginger on everything helped. REALLY STRONG gingerale helped. But only a little. But I'm the worst case scenario!

I don;t have many complaints in this area! yay...

I basically just have a little nausea all day long. If I eat too much, I get bad gas and feel pretty bad. Plus, I have some food adversions.

Much, MUCH better than my last pregnancy where I couldn't even keep water down.

is it just in the morning for you ??? I didnt have any sort of sickness this time. with the boys it was 24/7..it was horrible.

what do you do to help it along?? I just drank ginger ale, and preggy pops, and always had white rice cooked. it helped the feeling to go away. That was just with the boys!

Tossing the cookies 24/7 with the boys and a big fat 0 for nothing with Makenna.
