like many of you, i have been having some really horrible headaches. (migraines) last night was soooooo horrible. i told dh at 830 that i was going to town to find something to ease my pain. well i went to cvs and talked to the pharmacist. (dont even remember the drive over, i hurt soooo bad) she told me to take one aleve, if it didnt diffuse some of the pain in 30 minutes to take another. and then showed me the sea bands. (the headaches were making me soooo sick to my stomach) sooooo i bought them both and a sprite. when i got in the car i put the sea bands on immediately and SWEAR i felt like 50% better!!! i waited to take the aleve til i got home just in case they did the trick all by themselves. but no, i took one aleve and in 15 min it was gone! except for the pain draining me i felt like a million bucks. she said to wear these things all the time except while batheing. and believe me i will. i havent been nauseous allllllllllllll day! they arent pretty, but you gotta get some! i just dont know why i didnt go 3 months ago! BUT they take some getting us too. i have very thin wrists and they still squeeze the hell out of me. but i think i can deal

I'll have to remember this suggestion.

Do the sea bands help with dizziness?

ive only gotten dizzy a couple of times but on the package it says that it helps to control motion sickness, dizziness, morning sickness, etc..so i think so. i would definately try them. 10$ is sooo worth it. even tho they are ugly.

Aww.. I'm so glad you are feeling better! I remember getting terrible sinus headaches with Dahlia but nothing that sound that severe. I'm glad they recommended something for you!!

Hope it continues to work!
