How long will your DH be staying home with you after the baby is born?

Carlos will be home about 3 weeks. I think it will be nice to have him around.

We haven't really talked about it. I don't think he's planning on staying home though. I really don't know...

I don't know, my dh work just took paternity leave out of their benefit, so they only get what the Gov gives you, so I think that's 2 weeks? My mom should be here, so I'm not worry about him taking the time off right away.

I have no idea. Hopefully DH will have a job when he graduates in December. So he'll be working for 2 months? He might now have an vacation time. I think I can handle it as long as he comes home at the end of the day.

none! i am lucky that he will be at the hospital with me all day tuesday!
he actually will probably go to work while i get myself registered for the induction tuesday morning and then he will come & probably stay the night with us & then go to work at least some on wednesday. he may have to work the whole day.
but he will be with us the evening and weekends. i feel worse for him than me though- i don't want him to feel like he is missing out on anything. but we both know this is just how it is when you have a business to run.

DH only has to be on site 2 days/week so he's home. For the first week he might take sick leave, but I told him all I really need is to be able to get up and go to the bathroom by myself after the c-section and then I can handle the rest.

As of right now, 3 weeks. He has one week of vacation, then he is gong to take 1 week unpaid, then he is probably going to work from home the third week.

At this point none. But I think my mother will probably come stay for a couple days, and both my sisters are in college minutes away and I'm sure would come over if I need the help.

I don't know. Probably six weeks. I can't remember how much time his company gives out for that.

Hubby still has 2 weeks holiday left so will take that. The government has paternity leave but it's only about £80 a week, can live on that!!!

My mom and family lives in the states and won't be able to make it (I'm sad) but I do have my mil who will probably pop in from time to time. Ethanael starts playschool so I just have to make sure to get him there and remember to pick him up....lol
