My son Sebastian was due April 17th 2008, he died when he was 4 days old. If these tests are really positive then I will be due in April again, April 11th I think it works out to be. I don't know what I think at the moment, I am terrified, I have PCOS and my son died from a blood clot in his brain caused by Homozygous MTHFR. So my chances of miscarriage are pretty high and our chances of stillbirth are also higher. I don't even know how I will ever be happy about being pregnant with the constant thoughts of Sebastian and having another dead baby.
I'm so sorry for your loss!! But Congrats on this pregnancy, and welcome to PAL!! I wish I could say that it gets easier, being pregnanct after a loss, but that wouldn't be true; however there are wonderful ladies here who are so supportive and we will be here whenever you need us! Good luck, I'll be praying you have a happy and healthy 9 months!!!!!
Oh honey, I'm excited for you, but I understand how scared you are. You need to call your Dr. and start on treatments. I know that they exist, and I know that there have been women in PAL who have had the MTHFR thing and had a successful pregnancy.
We'll help you through this. You came to the right place.
