I have never experienced this myself but what did your doctor say he could do for it? I would def call back and ask questions and make sure that you get answers.

Will keep you in prayer that all works out hun.

Hopefully someone on here will know a better answer than me. Sorry I'm not much help

Oh, Lynie, I don't know. I know sometimes they give you progesterone supplements if yours is low to help the pg. You might want to ask about that.

progesterone dropping can be totally normal. I have to take 2cc shots of progesterone every day (although today of that is my LAST day!! then it's every other day for 1 week and then I'm done!!) so my progesterone was getting tested every week. It went up and down quite a bit, the highest being 119 at my 2nd test and the lowest being 74 a few weeks later. Then it jumped to 146 when the placenta started making it on its own (which is why I get to stop taking the shots soon).

Progesterone levels can fluctuate if you get dehydrated, so drink LOTS of water!!! My RE's office also said fluctuations can also cause spotting.

Did the doctor suggest doing something about it? I also had low progesterone, and ended up having 100cc IM injections every 3-4 days thru the 1st tri. There are lots of options to boost it, and I hope your doctor suggested at least trying something! I'll be thinking about you, please KUP!
