I had spotting that lasted all day yesterday so I ended up going to the ER after work, and they got me in quick and did bloodwork and a U/S.

The good new is baby was meausuring 8w 3d last night and has a HB of 168bpm.

The bad news is i have bleeding from/by (cant remember which he said) my plecenta which could be the start of a miscarrige. So right now it's just a threatened miscarrige, it can go either way from here. Please keep me and my little bean in your t&ps.

I hope that it is just random bleeding and does not turn into a miscarriage. I feel like when there is bleeding they can't explain, they call it a threatened miscarriage. You and your bean are in my T&Ps.

I am sorry your having spotting. Its definitely scary especially after a loss. The good news is your little one still looks great. My suggestion is to stay off your feet as much as possible until the spotting lets up. You should definitely take it easy and no heavy lifting! Will be thinking of you and your bean and hope that the bleeding stops very soon.

Sounds like you're baby's measuring beautifully, and that's a healthy heartrate. If I were you I'd just take it easy and wait the spotting out. I'm sorry you're going through this, and I'll definitely keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

You and your bean are definitely in my prayers, It sounds like a SCH (SubchorionicHematoma) which is a blood clot or collection behind the placenta.. Which Oftenly ressolves itself, so you have a very good chance of every thing resolving itself.. I have a friend on another board who was told she had bleeding from behind the placenta, she spotted for 3 or 4 days, and was told to stay off her feet as much as apossible.. the spotting stopped, they did another us to follwo up, and the hematoma had resolved itself! So, I say Take it easy, stay off yer feet, and I will pray for you and your little bean that everything will be absolutely fine! =)

I'm sorry to hear that you are spotting, that has to be the scariest thing ever! I hope it turns out to be one of those fluke things that resolves itself. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!

Yea I was going to say the same thin, sounds like a subchorionic hematoma. and most of the time its perfectly fine, some dr;s are more doom and gloom, but your chance of a miscarriage is still pretty much the same as anyone else. I had one with my son Kaiden, it resolved at 18 wks. but most ppl i knew had it resolve by the 2nd trimester. I had it with my loss also, but they cannot say for sure that it caused my miscarriage.

Just stay off your feet as much as possible, and lots of T & P this baby stays healthy

So glad to hear that the spotting has gone away so far. I remember when I went in for my 8 week appointment my doctor said I had blood around the sack that was left over from IB and that it might find a way to come out but in my case it never did. I'm so happy she told me before I would have started spotting because I would have freaked. Maybe for you it was just left over IB that found its way out. But I would just try and take it easy. Keeping you and your bean in my thoughts and prayers.
