and we saw the heartbeat! I was sure we wouldn't but there is was beating away strong! Little boo is very tiny still though so he couldn't measure her yet, he said next time he would. He said she looked perfect for her age.

I am so relieved we saw the h/b. He said our m/c risk went down to 5% now that we saw it. Ofcourse my risk of losing a baby in the 2nd trimester was only 1% and it still happened so I'm not sure I feel better knowing odds.

Anyhow, I am happy for today. My baby is alive and well and I am happy.

YAY!!! Oh I remember that first appointment, I felt the same way, convinced that there would be no HB! Glad to hear that for at least today your baby's okay.
It seems like we're on the same appointment schedule! Sticky dust til next time!

Congrats, that is wonderful. I still get a knot in my stomach every time I go in, my dh says I am silly. Oh well after a m/c your perception sure does change. B

Yay! That is so awesome. I had a hard time being relieved until I had the level 2 ultrasound. Once I had that and everything came out normal it was a little easier for me to breath! Sounds like everything is normal as of yet and that is GREAT news!
