Its more like restless leg syndrome or something. oh please tell me what to do to ease this aches in my calves...

try a ice pack hun! i know i had that with Makenna and they hurt. the only thing i found that helped was ice packs and rubbing it

ugh I had that too !!!!

I would eat a banana, sometimes when your potassium is a little low it will cause leg cramps.....
I have also heard, if you drink tonic water it helps big time !

I agree with the banana idea, I eat one almost every day and I think it's helped! I used to get horrible leg cramps and now they don't come so often.

Ice packs, bannanas, and tonic water...thanks guys..
Bedrest is draggin my body down, sometimes I have them and they are tolerable, but this past week my legs ache so bad it keeps me up..well that and my insomnia..shew I am counting down to 36 weeks..my goal (watch Nathan go over )

You may mention it to your doc too, maybe he/she can prescribe something for it. Either way, I hope you are able to find a solution hun, that sounds really uncomfortable......

OMG I remember the leg cramps!!! They were so bad I couldn't sleep. The only thing that helped me was soaking them in hot water before going to bed. No matter how tired I was I had to get in the bath at the end of the day and soak them or I wouldn't sleep they hurt so bad. The bananas didn't work for me but I never heard the tonic water thing. Why does that work I wonder?
