I had a little more pink cm on the applicator after I did my progestone suppository last night. I figured maybe I had just grazed my cervix again.

Now tonight I went to the bathroom and there is just a little brown spotting. Also I feel little cramps but nothing too bad.

I am so worried and there is nothing I can do, the hurricane is coming. I know everyone says brown spotting is okay but last time I had brown spotting and I went in and the baby had died.

Please pray my baby is okay and that I can somehow get in for an ultrasound very soon.

I spotted red, pink, orange and brown up until the second trimester. I also had cramps with red blood so bad I went into the ER at 6w4d. My bean was just fine My RE said the cramping was from the corpus luteum(sp?) she said cramping and soreness was totally normal at that point.

I would put a call into the Dr's tomorrow and tell them about the spotting. Ask them if it would be okay to go into the ER for an u/s.

I know you are in a state of emergency... I think the timing of this sucks. Maybe you should name this little one after the hurricane??

I am still praying for you. This baby just has to be okay. Go find some glue and drink it. I will be sending lots and lots of prayers and sticky vibes your way.

I don't know if I have a number for my dr that will work after hours. Normally I call my RE's nurse but I think the phone only works during normal hours. I guess I can try and call and leave messages?

I just don't know if I should go to the ER or not. It would be great to be able to just KNOW. I don't think I can hold out any longer than Monday or so but I have no idea if my dr's office will be open then.

Power is still on here and we're going to bed. Maybe we won't lose power?? We'll see.

and i am sorry this is happening at this time.. i totally ditto bobbie on everything..

I also had brown spotting at 8 weeks.. and then a huge gush of bright red blood at 11 weeks with this baby and both times the baby was fine... SO TRY not to worry to much and take it easy!!! no heavy lifting.. dont do tons of walking etc...

GOod luck through the storm! and i hope you can update soon

Oh Shannon! This timing is awful!
I hope you can get in to see a doctor today so you can be assured that everything is okay. I've spotted all sorts of colors with this baby, and everything shows up just fine on the u/s screen. I'll keep you in my t&p today and send some sticky vibes your way. KUP!!!

Praying for you Shannon!! I agree with the other ladies, brown is usually OK. But call your doctor, leave a message, and if you don't hear anything go to the ER for your peace of mind. Hopefully you are well and made it through the storm OK!!!!

I'm praying for you Shannon. I had brown spotting with this one for a couple of days and I'm also positive that there was some red, but it could of been me freaking out. It's probably old implantation bleeding. I hope you had power, otherwise, you can always text me, you know that. I would say that as soon as you can go to an urgent care or er just to make sure that everything is ok, if you can't get a hold of your doctor.
Hope you guys are ok.

You are in my prayers. I understand about the brown spotting. For your piece of mind go to the ER if possible so they can check you. I went to L&D so much with Nick that they knew me by name when he was delivered.

I know how scary spotting can be, so don't feel bad about going to L&D if that will ease your mind. I hope to hear from you soon, and I hope that both you, baby and DH are doing okay.
