I first saw Erin's a 6w4d. I had to go calculate it out exactly, since he didn't actually measure her size until another u/s a month later, so I had to calculate it back. =

There's a good chance!

I was concerned about the same thing when I went in for my ultrasound. The doctor says I was 6 weeks 3 days. But I was 6 weeks and 1 day. We saw both heartbeats. For me it was a bit hard to see the heartbeat until he pointed it out. It was such an exciting moment. I really thought that I was gonna have to wait a week, go back and see nothing and wait a week and be disappointed.

Best wishes for tomorrow.

I saw it at that point too....but that early.... it could go either way. Some beans get off to a slower start and still are perfect It also depends on the u/s tech. Some will just take a quick peak.... measure and be done. Others will mess around with the u/s until they can see it for sure.

HB coming your way! I can't wait to hear all about it

If you would like to see pictures of my sweet (but tiny) boy they can be viewed at www.caringbridge.org/visit/noahdarrohn they aren't the easiest pictures to look at but I am willing to share them with anyone who would like to see them <3
On August 2, 2012 we lost Sarah at 17 weeks. She was our 8th loss Her pictures can be viewed at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/sarahdarrohn
There is no known explanation for my losses.

I just want to let you know that I had an U/S at 6w3d and couldn't see a clear hb (although could *possibly* see a tiny little flicker...maybe?!?) I went back at 7w3d and had a baby with a real hb!!

Good luck tomorrow, but just remember, it may be a little early.

I can't wait to hear how it goes tomorrow!!

it is possible, at 6w 1d the ob saw what he called 'possible cardiac activity' but i didn't see it. i went back at 8 weeks and there was no mistaking by then.
good luck today - heartbeat dust to you!

With my first, we saw the hb at 5w5d. With this one it took a little longer. So really it could go either way, but I bet they are able to see it. I can't wait to see your update today!!
